Alright first off the bat - I really like the lineart *o*

Anyway about how you could improve this - The thing that looks most smooth right now is the head, why is that? That's because the head along with the mane remains in movement for every frame, besides some minor details, it never "freezes" and it has momentum, making it smoother and more realistic. (Momentum as in: The movement slows down and speeds up here and there, making the movement look natural and not jerky)

I'm pointing it out, because you should study the head that came out so well and try to do the same for the limbs! The rear end also moves very nice and smoothly and the body in general isn't bad!

The forelegs though - they "freeze" as I mentioned earlier, aka they randomly stay in the same position for more than one frame. For a running cycle, a movement where everything is supposed to constantly move and loop,it's very distracting. I'm just repeating myself here, but that's the key to good animations of running and such, always make sure that stuff moves and changes in each frame! The back leg of the forelegs looks more or less fine, it is the foreleg closer to the so called camera that, again, freezes for a couple of frames as it is on the ground and then for another few frames as it's lifting up

For the back legs - They look quite ok! However, they move a bit too fast as they touch the ground and lift back up. It makes it feel like this guy is running wayyyyy faster than natural. Ofc it's quite opinion-based when it comes to "what exactly looks natural and what limits are there?" But I'm pretty sure you weren't aiming for the speed that this would indicate!

Finally for the tail - Again again, constant movement! It doesn't particularly freeze, it does move a fair amount on all frames, it is the pose that freezes - on one frame, the tail is curvy, nice, and suddenly on the next three frames it's straight as a stick (the 1st 3 frames). Slow down the curve going through the tail, so it can last for the duration of the loop, in which case there will be no problems with having to draw it in the same pose for several back-to-back frames!

OK THAT WAS REALLY LONG PARDON ME BUT I HOPE I COULD HELP AT LEAST!?

Again, this animation is NOT BAD! I like it a lot! I'm just hoping to help you improve and make it even better with any kind of advice you could even use in future! Please don't kill meee > <
