my body aches so bad from doing the mud run thursday... but i did it for charity so it was worth it.. but im ouchies rn so im too lazy to get my tablet again ... does anyone know stretches for loosening core and leg muscles bc im dying

i always like
put my leg high up on a table or smth to stretch it and that helps

honestly just laying on ur back on solid ground is great when ur sore but doing light yoga also helps when im sore from mud runs
